The University of Bologna will participate in the project sharing above all a first fundamental objective, namely to set up and create a new city data ecosystem based on the recognition of the public, ethical, political, social and economic value of environmental and urban data, of any nature.
Of fundamental importance will be making the city's data available to the multiple stakeholders interacting on the territory through a clear model of participatory and democratic data sharing.
“The University of Bologna”, explained Rebecca Montanari, Vice-Rector for Digital Transformation, "will make available its multidisciplinary skills and extensive research experiences on Digital Twin in funded projects, participating with all the promoting bodies in the coordination and regional, national and international positioning of the project, through policies of attraction of regional, national and Europeans".
