Levers ranging from interventions concerning sustainable development, new mainstreaming of the Lombardy Region, but also digital transition, and above all simplification. We simplify by reengineering processes, rearranging the regulatory apparatus, reducing burdens, above all by creating the conditions so that, in a subsidiary logic, local actors can operate at their best in a framework of certainties, contributing to the creation of public value".
