It has been operational in Lugano since its inauguration, February 27, 2024, and is already a success.

The Dagorà Lifestyle Innovation Hub is therefore a new coworking of over 1.700 square meters which marks a new chapter in the establishment of innovative and cutting-edge activities in the city.

The building, at number 21 via Pietro Peri, is destined to be a lively epicenter of creativity, research and technological innovation.

Over 15 companies including the Lifestyle Tech Competence Center and the multinational Accenture

Coworking hosts over 15 companies active in the LifestyleTech sector, with two prominent presences such as the Lifestyle Tech Competence Center (LTCC) association, part of the Switzerland Innovation Park Ticino (abbreviated as SIP-TI-LTCC), and the multinational Accenture, which they chose the new hub as the headquarters of the Ticino region.

This space consequently represents the physical dimension of a dynamic ecosystem where the sharing of ideas and collaboration between businesses, universities and institutions translates into development and growth.

The inauguration was attended by a heterogeneous audience, including representatives of the media, institutions, the academic world, businesses and local associations, confirming the strategic importance of this new innovation hub.

Serse Bonvini: “Over 200 managers in the heart of Lugano and the attraction of 1.500 people”

At the inauguration ceremony Dagorà's point of view is therefore illustrated by the CEO, Serse Bonvini: “The new Dagorà Lifestyle Innovation Hub in Lugano has the ambition of being the first real estate project aimed at giving a home to a community made up above all of people and developed over the years, starting from Ticino to expand nationally in the future”.

Carlo Terreni: “Over 2 million francs to shape the European future of the LifestyleTech sector”

“Over the last 8 years we have worked with enthusiasm, effort and determination, deciding to invest over 2 million francs to bring together a community of entrepreneurs, managers, investors and researchers determined to shape the future of the LifestyleTech sector in Europe. The SIP-TI-LTCC association will occupy an entire coworking floor, giving space to its team, research laboratories and the growing number of academic and corporate members.

Michele Foletti: “Un further step in the strategy of diversification of the economic fabric"

Michael Foletti, Mayor of the city on the banks of Ceresio, underlined how the long-awaited opening del Dagorà Lifestyle Innovation Hub represents for Lugano "a further step in the strategy of diversification of the economic fabric towards innovative activities, to the benefit of the quality of the employment offer and, in particular, the creation of qualified jobs for young people".
