A "Guardian's Office" to guarantee cohesion and continuity in the management of the Group

The trust, called "D. TRUST” in capital letters, was established to ensure that, within the framework of the generational changeover, the entrepreneurial initiatives launched by Giampaolo Dallara and his daughter Angelica (current Vice President of Dallara Automobili Spa) are passed on to their descendants in the future with the help of a trustee (Cordusio Fiduciaria Spa of Milan), which will take charge of implementing the resolutions of the settlors, in full continuity with theactivity carried out so far and ensuring the unity and cohesion of the management of the group companies Dallas.
The act of trust provides forestablishment of the office of the Guardian, composed of three members, who flank the trusteewith advisory functions.
“Together with my daughter Angelica”, explains the well-known engineer emilian, now 85 years old, “we have decided to set up this trust, giving it 100% of our shareholdings in the family holding (Participations Dallara Spa which owns the majority of the companies in the Group), so that the next generations will follow the indications designed to keep our companies in the area , to reward those who work there with passion, professionalism and enthusiasm, to ensure continuous attention to research and development; all this while respecting our history and the values ​​that our family has always espoused and pursued”.
