Cristina Giotto: “I felt like supporting Luca's candidacy from the first hour…”

“I am very happy to 'pass the baton' and the role of President to Mauriello. This is an appointment that I felt I could support right from the start, because Luca has been invaluable to the association in recent years, in the many activities that he has created with great enthusiasm. In particular, I want to thank him for having worked on the remodulation of the training offer, which we are offering to the talents of our territory with the APF courses", declares Cristina Giotto, outgoing President of the Ticinese Evoluzione Digitale Association, but confirmed by the Committee in the role of Director.

“His vision of the association has allowed us, in recent months, to evolve our scope of intervention in other areas as well. I am thinking of the great social inclusion initiative represented by ATED4special, but also of the ATED Digital Nights with highly inspiring guests, and of the ATED Innovation Day with an exceptional guest like Ernesto Sirolli. But I am also thinking of the new initiatives that will allow us to grow further in 2024 and offer the people of Ticino new opportunities for literacy and understanding in the conscious use of technology. I also thank Marco Müller for accepting the challenge of the Vice Presidency and Andrea Demarchi for always being at our side as treasurer of the Association".

Luca Mauriello: “I sincerely thank you for the trust expressed by the Committee and Cristina”

“I sincerely thank you for the trust expressed by the Committee and by Cristina Giotto, outgoing President and great soul of the association for over twenty years. I am very honored by the role given to me and which I accept with great enthusiasm. In recent years I have collaborated as Vice President on various initiatives promoted by the association, trying to make my contribution and making my skills available", continues Luca Mauriello, new President and Committee Member of ATED.

“I am referring, for example, to the editions of the Cyber Security Specialist and Digital Collaboration Specialist courses, both preparation courses for the exam to obtain the federal professional certificate, which are representing an excellent opportunity for many participants to evolve professionally. But there are also many projects that are particularly close to my heart, such as ATED4special, which remains an experience of great inclusion and social sensitivity in its multiple expressions and visionary fields of application. And then there are the new projects, which we have the ambition to think can bring many more people closer to ATED, thanks to events aimed at explaining and bringing confidence in the next frontiers of innovation".
