The most realistic and recent proposal of "Air Yacht" provides for two lateral aerostats with an "overall length" of 169 meters, increased by 19
Lazzarini Design Studio, with offices in Roma in Italy and Dubai negli United Arab Emirates, launched the project "Sky Yachts“, a concept of “flying yacht” without production of pollutants, supported by two airships filled with helium reminiscent of Zeppelin that crossed the skies ofEurope and not only in first decades of the twentieth century.
The initial concept consisted of two airships 150 meters long, connected through four bridges to one central hull 80 meters long, but a more realistic version now provides two lateral balloons of the "overall length"of 169 meters.
Precisely because the motto of the studio Italian-Emirati è “Think about the future, never forgetting the past”, the project "Sky Yachts" V1 e V2 fits perfectly with this philosophy.
They say: "We like to remember that a hundred years ago, a century, hot air balloons were used for exploration, a completely forgotten sector, when instead they could represent the most concrete possibility of traveling in the sky, safely and without any emissions".
Here is "Sky Yacht", and aviation becomes totally sustainable
